We are the only local general contractor to have our own top-quality team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians in-house. This means you can rely on us for all your home service needs, now and in the future, without having to deal with multiple businesses. With accountability and top-quality service guaranteed, you can trust us to take care of your building.

We guarantee top-quality service and accountability. You can trust us to take care of your business — our trades are available for regular service calls years after the project is complete.
The Commercial Construction Process
1.
Initial Phone Call Or Zoom
Your first step is to meet our team leader. A quick phone call will allow everyone to get a sense of the project, scope of work, timeline, and budget.
3.
Deposits
Once the budget is set and the proposal has been signed, it's time for a financial commitment. A deposit is required to move forward with the project.
5.
Project Starts
We prepare and protect your space for the beginning of construction. We install barriers and floor protection, provide waste bins, and ensure health and safety requirements meet code.
7.
Project Completion
The work is done! Now it's time for a walkthrough to identify any minor changes and to make sure you are happy with the outcome. Inspections are completed and permits are closed. We ensure the authorities have what they need in order for you to meet occupancy.
2.
Budget Proposal
We will present you with budget numbers and revise as necessary until the proposal is ready for digital signatures. If necessary, our trades will visit your space to solidify their quotes.
4.
Drawings and Permits
The next step is to coordinate architectural and engineering drawings. We then apply for permit and liaise with the local authorities to navigate the red tape.
6.
Project Updates
At this point we are in full swing. Regular meetings take place in person or online to keep you up to date on the work in your space.
8.
Completion/Service
The final step is to review the project with you, which is accomplished by an exit interview. Your business is now up and running in your new space. However, should you have any issues after completion, we are here to help.
